Research Methods with AI Prompts to Boost Productivity
This course, delivered through the MethodMate platform, guides you through the research process from initial idea to publication. MethodMate’s master prompts are organized around the IMRaD structure (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion) and help you use AI as a practical assistant to brainstorm, plan each stage of your project, and draft key outputs.
You’ll learn how to explore a topic, conduct a focused literature review, and identify a credible research gap with AI support to speed up searching, structuring, and sense-making while you stay in control of key decisions. From there, you’ll develop a clear problem statement and well-scoped research questions, then choose an appropriate approach (quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods). The course also introduces foundations of research rigor, validity, reliability, and qualitative trustworthiness, along with essential ethics and privacy considerations. As you progress, you’ll learn how to use AI to support analysis and evidence management (from statistical reporting to thematic coding), interpret findings in relation to theory and prior work, and communicate your contribution clearly, including realistic limitations and future research directions.
The course is available for free to annual plan subscribers with Certificate of Completion awarded upn successfull completion.Â
