Welcome to MethodMate.ai (“the Website”), operated by Data-Driven Decision-Making Institute (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), based in Victoria, Australia.

By accessing or subscribing to MethodMate.ai, you (“the user”, “subscriber”, or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or subscribe to any plan.

These Terms apply to all visitors and subscribers, including those accessing early-release or pre-launch versions of the Website.

1. Overview of Services

MethodMate.ai provides access to research-support resources, including:

Curated pages with prompts for researchers on how to effectively use Artificial Intelligence (AI),
Video tutorials, and
Online courses and educational materials.

Access to this content is available through paid subscription plans as described on our Pricing Page.
We may add, modify, or discontinue certain content or features from time to time.

2. Subscription Terms

MethodMate.ai is currently in a prelaunch phase. The Website and all services will be fully operational on December 1, 2025, including complete access to all prompt library boxes, video tutorials, and the online course (for annual plan subscribers).

During the prelaunch period, users may subscribe using the coupon code PreLaunch to receive a 15% discount.

Payment for the selected plan is charged immediately upon subscription, and access to existing content is granted right away.
For subscribers who join before December 1, 2025, the official billing period starts on December 1, 2025, and the paid subscription term is effectively extended by the duration of the early-access period.

For users subscribing on or after December 1, 2025, standard subscription periods and rates apply as listed on the Pricing Page.
All prices are listed in USD.
Subscription renewals occur automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled by the user.
Users will be notified of the renewal amount and term before each automatic renewal and may cancel renewal at any time prior to the renewal date.
Price changes apply only to new subscriptions and will not affect ongoing plans already in effect at the time of renewal.

3. Payment and Cancellation

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected period.
No refunds or trial periods are provided.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings; however, cancellation does not result in a refund for the remaining period.
Payment methods accepted are as indicated on the Website.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable Australian Consumer Law.

4. Account Registration and Responsibility

To access subscription content, users must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Any activity conducted under a user’s account is presumed to be the user’s responsibility.
You must promptly notify us if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.

5. Access and Usage Rights

Subscription access is for personal use only.
Users may view and use materials within the platform for individual research and learning purposes.
Redistribution, reproduction, public sharing, or modification of any content—whether for commercial or non-commercial use—is strictly prohibited.
For team or organizational subscriptions, access is limited to users within the subscribing organization and must comply with user limits as defined in the plan.
We may monitor usage to ensure compliance with these Terms and detect unauthorized sharing or misuse.

6. Use of AI Prompts and Disclaimer of AI-Generated Results

MethodMate.ai provides curated prompts and guidance on how to use AI tools in research and professional contexts.
Due to differences in AI platforms, algorithms, and user contexts, the Company makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability, or outcomes of any AI-generated results derived from using the prompts provided on the Website.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content or outputs before use in academic, professional, or public settings.
The Company is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from:
- The use or misuse of AI-generated results,
- Data privacy issues, or
- Any other outcomes linked to the use of third-party AI systems.
Users acknowledge that using AI tools involves inherent risks, including potential inaccuracies, ethical considerations, and privacy breaches, and they agree to proceed at their own risk.
Any claim, dispute, or concern regarding content or services must first be communicated directly to the Company at info@3dmi.com.au for resolution before pursuing any external or legal remedy.
By using any AI-related prompts or guidance, you acknowledge that results may vary and agree that you are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying such outputs before any use or publication.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on MethodMate.ai—including text, videos, prompts, graphics, logos, and course materials—is the intellectual property of Data-Driven Decision-Making Institute.
Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, redistributing, or altering content in any form without prior written consent.
Users may not create derivative works or competitive services based on the Website or its content.

8. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if a user:
